I don't like  {Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord} he is a ok card and a ok commander but not for contruted but I would add something like {Predator Ooze} cos him and {Corpsejack Menace} are great together

Try {vampire nighthawk} over {deadbridge Goliath}, most of your creatures are 4 Cmc, and it will give you greater flexibility for a t3 play. Not too mention, who doesn't like the nighthawk??
