Saw this being discussed on MTGS forums, it seems like it's actually quite effective.

{Gnat Miser} is a nice addition to the deck.

It looks like it might help a bit, but part of the purpose of the deck is to not rely on any creatures, since the format is packed with removal, it let's us turn removal into a dead card in their hand while we target their other threats with targeted discard.
