Djinn of wishes ability

So opponent attacks with {hero of bladehold} and 2 {llanowar elf} I use reclaim put {alpha brawl} on top of my library and pay 4 mana for a wish counter from {djinn of wishes}  This should all be legal during combat right even though alpha brawl is a sorcery?  If it is board should be wiped if I target the hero but for future refernce since battle cry pumped the tokens and elves does alpha brawl use their as 2?

Just going off the wording, I would say so. Abilities such as this one are at instant speed. The ability also just says to simply play it then and there, however, only if legal targets are present (so an Aura can't enchant nothing if no creatures are around but a creature can enter as if it has flash).

I hope so anyway now I have written an essay on the matter. 😉

You can do this, your best bet is to wait until all of the triggers finish resolving and respond.  You could even do it during declare blockers step. {Djinn of Wishes} let's you ignore timing restrictions of Creatures and Sorceries.
