If this is true, it would be the most brainless, useless, inadequate strategy used by any scammer ever.  Surely someone who wants to scam and wants fast cash would say each are 7-8 dollars each and then never send his end?

Dude he could just be overvaluing them. To know the true value hed never try and sell them so high, knowing they will not get purchased. However this doesnt seem to point to an untrustworthy trader. Id definitely send my end of a domri rade for $30+...
