Your  {Dreg Mangler} would have two different scavenge abilities on him, you could technically choose to initiate either one. I would opt for the lower cost one that your  {Varolz, the Scar-Striped} is providing you with.

Scavenge: {3}{B}{G}

{Varolz, the Scar-Striped} adds another ability to it:

Scavenge: {1}{B}{G}

Now {Dredge Mangler} will have 2 abilities:
