How to beat bant auras

Im playing american midrange.

Yeah. Use counters to slow up the auras. Then  {Supreme Verdict}/  {Terminus}. You can also run/ should run  {Augur of Bolas}, which can chump block until you get your sweeper. They don't have the ability to keep up with you once you 2/3/4 for 1 there dudes/ chants away.

Edicts ({Far // Away}, {Devour Flesh}, {Tribute to Hunger}), Board wipes ({Supreme Verdict}, {Terminus}, {Paraselene}) or some Ol' fashion hatred ({Glaring Spotlight}).

American Midrange probably enjoy {Mizzium Mortars}.

Verdict is just fine but usually i need 2-3 of them for the win.
If i don't draw terminus it's just to slow.
Bolas is just a bad blocker because of trample flying or unblockable.

You can't beat us. There's no stopping the auras. You may as well give in and play the deck, too. Bwahaha. (Next GP: EVERYONE IS PLAYING BANT AURAS!) Honestly, the only deck I have legitimate trouble with is Junk Tokens. Any loss to most other decks has simply been because I had bad draws. I would later turn around and stomp said decks. But Junk Tokens... I hate that deck with the fury of a thousand burning purple suns from the pits of hell. I side board in my {Detention Sphere}s, but I NEVER get them to play.

Have you played against junk aristocrats yet

Yes, Game Day finals. Stomped him turn 4 in both games. Admittedly, he may have just got boned on the draws. But we played several more games, and I won all of them.

I have been playing b/g control and have had 0 trouble with bant auras but maybe that's the players not the deck.
