So just need a confirmation here. If I have {Trostani, Selesnya's Voice}, {Assemble the Legion}, and  {Collective Blessing} out when the tokens that come in from the legion enter as 1/1 that triggers trostani for me to gain 1 life per token then collective blessing gives them the +3/+3 right.

Nope, even better! The Blessing is a static ability that affects all your creatures. Because of this, your creatures will be counted as 4/4 when they enter the field, not 1/1.
