Being so new to this forum and yet insisting that others send their ends first is not the best way to avoid negative karma.

Being so new to this forum and yet insisting that others send their ends first is not the best way to avoid negative karma.

It's not a reason to give me neg, plain and simple. I'm just not comfortable with the idea of sending my money outlet through the mail to a person that could just say "have a nice day" and never send back.
Nothing i've done merited neg karma and i'm just asking them to stop pinging me for no reason.

Listen up since I will only say this once. It is not that I am ignoring you. I have a lot I am dealing with right now. 10+ trades, a family business, college, and work. I have also entered a state of melancholic depression recently. So just because I do not respond to you right away does not mean I don't care or was ignoring you. I actually have a life outside of this app. I know it shows me online all of the time, but that is mainly because I leave the window open on my desktop when I leave the house. So don't go whining and crying about how I won't respond to you to the rest of the community. I have other priorities in my life like my depressed suicidal father, epileptic younger sister, malnourished mother and my school and work issues. Sorry if you think magic is more important than my issues, but I do not see it that way. If you cannot be patient and even wait 24 hours for those of us who have lives and problems, then do not bother messaging. That is the problem with kids/teens these days. They want instant gratification. Learn some patience as it will surely help you in life.

People's karma is theirs to give and take. Your reason has nothing to do with it, it's THEIR reason not yours to give or take THEIR karma.

People's karma is theirs to give and take. Your reason has nothing to do with it, it's THEIR reason not yours to give or take THEIR karma.

Piotr, I have a question. Why does karma matter so much to people? As far as I can tell it is just an arbitrary number that does not really mean anything. Why are people so obsessive over it?

It is not just a number. It reflects how you are seen by others, with good accuracy.

People are obsessive about how they are seen by others, that's why they go 'mad bro' about it.

Problem: when they go 'mad bro' about getting bad karma, that just gets them more bad karma. Solution: be nice, modify or delete the posts which are causing people to give you bad karma.

Interesting, I never really payed attention to karma. I realize it was not just a number, but it seems childish to get upset over a digital representation of how people think about you. I never really bother with karma anyways, so I fail to see how this is so dire. Perhaps I am just old school, but I think the fuss everybody makes over this system is just fun to watch since it really does not mean that much in the grand scheme of things.
