If I pay the two mana to activate {Ooze Flux}es ability and I remove all the counters from {Simic Manipulator} would the Ooze token cause the evolve trigger to go off

Ofc. The remove counters is a cost of the ability, so it is definitely gone when the token enters the BF.

That card is pretty sweet with {Elusive Krasis}. I had that combo end up on the table a few times at the GTC prerelease.
