I would take out the crystalline slivers, because that makes all the "slivers get this" effect useless, because those effects target slivers

That could be useful for wiping someone's sliver deck correct?

Wrong, wrong, wrong

Sliver effects do not target other slivers. For an effect to target, it will use the word 'target.' There are some slivers that have "{3}: regenerate TARGET sliver" and {crystalline sliver} will prevent that. But effects that give all slivers haste, first strike etc.. Will be unaffected

More like legacy for this deck...don't see any use of vintage cards that aren't legal in legacy...

It's absurd to put every deck that isn't a turn X win in casual though.
