There is no reason not to cipher it. You don't have to cast it you may cast it. Not ciphering it is a bad move.

But I'm not trying to repeatly dump "my" hand, I suppose throwing in on my 1 Drops to force blocks couldn't be a bad thing.

I know you are not trying to but if you end up with an empty hand you can do it again for free.

Varolz would make dumping your hand very beneficial. Just saying...

I agree as well. Just try losing like 1 {dreg mangler} and 1 {diregraf captain} to give him a try

I'd rather play mangler or messenger so far on turn 3, artist would help my curve a bit better but him having deathtouch has clutched it for me so many times.
