I can see blood rush being hard to deal with in standard. Especially {pyrewild shaman}

Doubling up on blood rush with a {rubble belt maka} won me six packs in the prerelease. And it is both a better and worse version of cards like {giant growth}

Coffee Vampire

You have 5 lands and {Feral Animist}. Pump it with gore clan to a 6/5. Use his abilty. 12/11 with trample seems good. You have 4 lands and a 1/1 {Savage-Born Hydra}. Give it a counter. Bloodrush it with gore clan. 6/6 double strike trample on turn 4.

My first game of the last match at pre-release went something like this:
T1:  {Boros Elite}
T2:  {Boros Mastiff}
T3:  {Warmind Infantry}
T4:  {Armed (Armed/Dangerous)} on the  {Warmind Infantry}, blood rush  {Rubblebelt Maaka}, game over.

Game 2 went to turn 5, turn 4 I cast
{Tajic, Blade of the Legion}.

Yes I felt like a jerk. My opponent didn't get to cast one spell in our entire match.

Banding.......

I agree,Banding is very confusing.When I first saw a card with Banding I looked it up on the glossary,the. I was like:what?

Double-O-Scotch

Although banding sucks because its so confusing, it's the stackable exalted that really upsets me. Don't get me wrong, it's good. Great, really. But making it stackable allows for alot of dirty tricks...lol

Hexproof is the stupidest mechanic ever printed. They should have left it as shroud. Why does every creature need to be printed with troll shroud to be good anymore? It is highly unlikely we will ever see the use of shroud again since hexproof just one ups it. I miss the days of when it was just shround and troll shroud was only on a few creatures :(

I second this a million times over.

I don't like bloodrush. It's stupid and senseless, can't be countered, and can't be countered.

It can be countered easily.

{Stifle}, {Trickbind}, {Voidslime}, {Azorious Guildmage}, {Bind}, {Interdict}, {Squeltch}, and {Voidmage Husher}.

You're welcome :)

How many of those are in standard or the draft format?

Lifelink: like wtf, its so boring

Also reach, why not just give the sucker flying

:(

Double-O-Scotch

Cause spiders don't fly and eat flying things all the time. Reach makes sense. Kinda. Deathtouch makes sense. Exalted and lifelink just doesn't though. You can't visualize what's actually happening. How is the wizard (player) gaining life from their minion (creature) attacking someone else?  How is one "exalted" creature getting bigger because their buddy's are exalted too?  I know it is and does, I understand the rules, it just can't be visualized easy. First strike and trample can be visualized quite well but exalted and lifelink seem inherently flawed. Particularly the stackable exalted....lol...it shouldn't be stackable...a creature should either be exalted or not...I'm ranting again...

Apathy Reactor

hah! I can't stand exalted, but life link isn't too bad, because it makes sense that when a vampire drains blood from you, it would replenish his master to some degree or something. `\\_(o.o)_/'

Double-O-Scotch

Ok, it makes sense with vampires, but not alot of vampires have lifelink. It's mostly a white mechanic. I like the ability alot but I am also VERY glad it isn't stackable...like exalted...lol

I'm still a believer that it can be playable......

Double-O-Scotch

Believing something doesn't make it true...lol

Banding is too complicated for a less than useful creature mechanic...
