Depends. How much mana do you want to spend? if u have 94,648 mana then you may cast 94,648 creatures (gl with that.)
But anyways, triggered abilities like those mean u can use the ability as many times as you want as long as u can pay the mana fee

As many as you can on your turn. Now if if the creature/creatures have flash then as many as you can any time you can pay for it.

As many as you can pay for. Since his ability doesn't have (tap) in its cost, you can do it as many times as you can.

By the way, the cost of the card that you cast from your GY is equal to its regular cost. You pay (1) colorless mana to cast the card, not as a cost to bring it to the battlefield. Just in case you were wondering, better safe than sorry!

No, because you don't control said zombie. {Rooftop Storm} states creatures you control. Even though you are casting it you still don't control it....yet.

No, because you don't control said zombie. {Rooftop Storm} states creatures you control. Even though you are casting it you still don't control it....yet.
