My brother said
That If you  {Sin Collector} in response to them doing sphinx's rev and or supreme verdict they get exiled, but I said since the spell has already gon on the stack you can't exile it.

Who is right?

Keyeto

You are correct. Once the spell is on the stack, you can't remove it from the hand.

I am curious though, how is this happening in the first place?

I normally play junk rites and he plays his azorius control we decided to switch decks I beat him round 1 with jace milling him out(he's not very good at junk rites) then we side boarded I sided in some
Grave yard hate and took out snap he put in sin collector 1 more obzedat and 3 acidic slimes(I helped him to tell him what to sb in )

So I played sphixis rev at some point then he said in response he flashed resto on his sin collector, but it did not work, he ended up getting my temporal mastery so it wasn't to bad for him

Ohh, alright then! That makes sense.
