How about  {Blade of the Bloodchief}?
Also  {Bloodline Keeper} is actually really solid when he flips things go crazy

Blood keeper is amazing! I played in standard for a while and even by itself it can create massive amounts of trouble for your opponent.

Too slow. It doesn't affect the board when it hits and isn't going to help until latter game where you lose.

{Bloodline Keeper} is to slow!! And  {Thoughtseize} is £90 each

Actually bloodline does help when he lands, if you have enough vamps out he can flip straight away, and pump them all...
Just sayin.
