I assume your only win con is using helm of obedience to take opponents creatures?

The helm +  {Rest in Peace} or something like it= mill someone out

I like it. Counter spells to slow them down and stop them from disrupting the combo, and energy field to hose creatures after you play {Rest in Peace}. The only thing I suggest is for G2-3 you add something to the sideboard to deal with enchantment/artifice hate. Looks like a fun deck!
