Scallops
Crab
Mahi Mahi
All on a bed of Spanish rice with a tomato sauce

Seared ahi on avocado, crab and a tortilla chip drizzled with a sweet chipotle tamarind sauce

And an agave margarita with pomegranate

I was in a hurry, so I picked up some McChickens and fries at McDonald's
