I have been playing on MTGO for about 6-8 months now, I had a decent collection of cards. Then about 2 days ago I go to log in and my account is no longer available. I talk with WotC and something happened on their end on the servers that my account is officially gone. The worst part is they are telling me that they have no record of me on thee so they can't give me my cards back on my new account. They did give me a new account without paying the 10 bucks but now I have nothing. So I'm asking if any friendly player on MTGO would be willing to work with me maybe letting me borrow a deck or something so I could play again. I'm willing to split prizes in a fair way and everything until I can get some stuff of my own. If anyone might be interested please let me know. Send me a PM or something. Thanks for hearing me out. I appreciate it.

Wow, this is utterly crazy. I've heard good and bad things about customer support on there, but this takes the cake. If I had any collection at all on there I'd try and help, but all I can offer is the best of luck.

hmm I hate to be the logical one but this internet and trolls do be here. I would be cautious handing cards out....

I understand. The Internet is full of trolls and thieves. I'm not that kind of person. And yes you can believe me if you want or not. That's for you to decided. I'm just looking for a little help. I'm almost 30 and I'm on disability for the rest of my life. I have a very tight income so replacing everything is near impossible. I don't want to scam anyone, if you want to help ill gladly receive it and we can work out something. If not I understand that also. I figured since we have a community here I might take a sht and ask. If not then I move on. I'm sorry if I came across in the wrong manner. That wasn't my intention. I'm just a guy looking for a little help. Anything that someone could do would be greatly appreciated. If not I understand. Thanks anyway though

Uh
I've had blizzard and other services restore things that are "gone forever" in digital gaming

Persistence and climbing up the ladder of people is how it happens.

I mean, you lost how much time money etc? And they can't replace it due to some random error? Receipts etc for charges of packs etc also provide evidence that you had an account

I would say call customer service and talk to the highest person up you can get.  Being an online game you had to use some type of credit or bank card. Hopefully you can call them and get any dates and amount paid to mtgon. Share those dates and amounts. If they can't rebuild your collection they should at least be able to give you some credit. Have numbers and don't get annoyed. Try to talk to them being disappointed loyal customer.
