We don't have to go that far. You should be able to trade if you want to.

We just need to come up with a situation where:

1) You can still trade safely.
2) Everyone else can trade with you, and not worry
3) Everyone agrees on how 1 and 2 come to be.

It's tricky, but I believe we can work this out so everyone's happy with the outcome. If you decide to not trade anymore, its your right, but I wouldn't want you to give that up if a better course of action can be taken.

I still have not gotten my card from boyesrobert/therobsta12 yet. We finalize on April 8th, and he says he sent the last of his trades out on the 15th, almost two weeks ago.

I have still not received my card and its been three weeks. I've now completed THREE trades since this incident and all three came in in a timely fashion. I have given out my own punishment in the form of a -1 and am dropping this altogether. I highly encourage people I make this user send first.

Sorry to hear that, Mike. I have posted a link to this thread on his user page, and as nobody has spoken as a victim, I will not deal out any further punishment. I will unsticky this when/if Mike gets his cards, or after another week or so has passed.

I recently received his end.  It was incredibly slow, but it got here!

We agreed on a trade may 1st, and he agreed to send first.
I sent 2-3 pms asking if cards were sent.
May 19th I said if I did not receive cards by end of day or at least a response, I would consider the trade canceled (he had signed on within the days of not getting a response).
May 21 I get a msg simply saying "I did"
I received his end I believe the 24th, post marked may 20th. Marked it as return to sender and sent back.
I've waited 3 weeks before, and I'm ok with it of there's some communication along the way, but there was none here.

This needs to be restickied. He's still trading and people have no idea.

Anybody who is trading with him should already know. I posted a link to this topic with a warning on his profile page. It advises everyone to read through this, and use their best judgement.
