What happens if he copy's something that has hex proof

It would work because it doesn't say "target creature". Hexproof prevents it from being targeted.

Edit: If you want, see the rulings on this card. It says that it doesn't target.

I mean would the image be hexproof. So you opponent cannot target it

Yes, it becomes an exact copy (except for the changes listed on the card). Sorry for the confusion!

That is why copying {lord of the unreal} is so awesome.  The image says that it maintains the illusion creature type as well as the type it is copying......the lord gives all illusions hex and +1/1.....so the image will give himself hex and +1/1 when he copies the lord.

Another good one to copy is {drogskol captain} since they will give each other hex and +1/1 as long as 2 captains are on the BF.
