Clash of Clans

Clash of Clans is probably the best iOS game I've played. Get it from App Store, it is lots of fun for both aggressive and peaceful players.

The iMtG clan is called iMtG, we are 5th level and you are welcome to join*.

The game is free with optional IAPs**, a bit like iMtG. I've played a number of freemium games and some really suck at being too pushy with asking for your money, this one is done right.

* We had an influx of random people so I closed the clan and it is Invite Only, but mention Gathering or iMtG in your join request and you will be accepted.

I got us a clan in the meantime, the name is iMtG and the leader is vindi, he is TH7 or something.

I joined the clan. I can't find any good matches lately. Gonn have to slow roll my wizards tower.

Nah, I mean people with lots of gold. Wall and defense upgrades ain't gonna buy themselves ;)

EDIT: Finally got enough for a wizards tower :d

From what I understand the price paid for 'next battle' is linked to TH level and it is best to avoid upgrading TH for as long as possible. I'm paying 170 at 5 and the guy who's the clan leader (my cousin) at 8 pays 560 O.o

Yeah, I'm upgrading my defenses. 170 gold is good for the trade off of finding the inactives with 100k gold in their mines ripe for the taking :D I don't have enough walls to cover my base though :(
