{stitched drake} would be easier to cast than the Ruinator.  Kinda need to self mill or cheat out the Ruinator to get him on the BF in a timely manner.

How does {Diabolic Tutor} work in this? I'm not entirely sure you even need it dude. Maybe drop it for 2 {Cemetary Reaper}s? More lords sound pretty sick.

I realize it's a little late to suggest any major changes, and I think you have a good handle on it.
I would possibly consider finding somewhere to put in a playset of {black cat}s and also I would swap the planes walker for {mikaeus the unhallowed}
Also look at where to slot in 4x {undying evil} until you can get him out.

The rest looks really good. I only hesitate on the guys that enter tapped and ones you have to exile stuff from the gy to play.

Just thought id point this out but this is mostly a counter + sacing deck. Now Zombie creatures were a good choice for this but use zombies that make other come back from the grave like {Goul Raiser} instead of the cemetary reapers bevause you shouldent be boosting creatures you dont have. Also, what is your attacking strategy?

Am I the only one who thinks this deck needs 22 land?  I would drop 2 {ghoulcallers chant} for an extra island and swamp.  All those cards are cool but only if you draw the land to cast em.

Decided to go mono black just to see what happens. Not planning on getting {Phrexian Oblierator} any time soon, but would probably put one in if I can snag one on a trade. Couple of questions though. First, am I okay with 62 cards? If not, any suggestions as to which ones to take out? And does anyone think that mono black zombies MUST have {Call to the Grave} or {Endless Ranks of the Dead}? I know these are awesome cards but I don't want to slow myself down too much as this is meant to be fast.

{Call to the grave} would be lost against a token generating deck, but on the other hand it can get rid of some pesky hex proof or indestructible guy for you.
{Endless ranks of the dead} on the other hand, if you get to that part of the game where you have a few zombs out and really need more, it can help, especially if you can cast more and keep them along side it. With two the growth is incredible.

If your deck is trying to be fast, you will probably have more success with cheap creatures that have other functions (unblockables, infect, discard, etc) and then running these to mass your army incredibly quick, lords and spells to pump them and removal for those critters that want to block your damage.
Limiting the amount of big cmc cost creatures will speed up your deck too. As good as they might be, if you end up holding it cos you can't cast it, would rater play something else, -or worse- think its in too much danger of being canceled or removed quickly, then is it really worth it?

Enchantments can be hard to remove, not many people will main deck 4 enchantment removals, and even less will run more. There are also very few mass enchantment removal spells too, giving another tick in the advantages box.
{call to the grave} can really help after board wipes {day of judgement} or {black sun's zenith} for example, and may even stop your opponent from playing them.

Very good questions, I guess you really need to solidify the strategy of your deck and focus it totally on that. Anything else remove or sideboard. Black is a ruthless colour, be like that when deciding.
