I cant seem to have a win con, when ever I play test it I either don't get any physible lands like all colorless and I'll have 2 {Atogs} a {galvanic blast} and a {shrapnel blast} or I'll have to mullegen down to like 2-3 cards :/

It's legal in modern. It's the other artifact lands that are banned

Have you thought about {Etched Champion}. With {Carnal Plating} it's a beast. I also like {Master of Etherium} over {Steel Overseer}.

I like the overseer personally.  He can get out of hand very early. Plus he plays into Modular. Is there a {Tempered Steel} in there?.

I have a copy but don't play modern or legacy and don't plan on playing it ever.

Yeah I don't like the idea of adding blue in the mix and I might just add {etched champion}

No there is not, it would be way to costy with two white
