It make no difference to result as you will loses 8 life this turn, as its ability works even if she is dead as it happen before the hunt master flipped,
But I'll tap BW and play  {Orzhov Charm}
Destroying it before it does the damage, making me take 2 as if destroyed before it flips  but will not be giving obzedat lifelink later in the term,

Mean that  you will lose 4 for obzedat entering play, then ill attack you with every thing
8 at ground level and 2 flying lifelink, so you will take least 5 damage then lose 2 life taking you to -4 life
