Karma

What does karma mean on here? How do I find out who left me negative karma. There is no reason why I should have any:(

Karma doesn't really mean anything.  It is just shows how many people hit "Like" or "Don't" on a post. 

If you post something mean and degrading, people may give you a -1 for being a jerk.  Or maybe posting something that they find to be unnecessary or that they just flat-out don't like. 

If you write a helpful post on someone's deck, or make a funny comment or something, people will sometimes give you +1 for doing something they like. 

Just keep in mind, karma is free for people to give and it is totally based on their own opinions, which is something you have no control over.  Don't let yourself get too worried about karma

I appreciate that very much. It is just that it sucks because I have barely posted anything and one don't like made my karma negative one and people will not trade with me. I am really looking for four vraska the unseen cards badly:( any suggestions

My biggest suggestion is not to worry about it! As a moderator, and a moderately old-time member before that, I've been able to see the trends of karma. It's rough on new users, and as new members get used to the rules of the boards, the organization of what belongs where, and what kind of comments 'cross the line,' a LOT of new users tend to see a karma hit or two in their first few days or so. But as you get comfy and more and more used to everything/everyone, it balances out pretty much every time (unless you're a jerk to people). So don't be discouraged!

Under announcements there's a sticky thread called "Karma Log." The first post on the first page shows (almost) all karma interactions, from most recent to oldest.

If you go to your profile (the head and shoulders on the bottom right, in the app version) and click on your karma, it will also show you all karma increases and decreases that have been done to you, and clicking on them will show you the post.

Also, asking questions to which answers are very easy to find can be harmful to your karma

Plenty of people can have neg karma and still be good traders. Look at the trusted trader post and from there it's about using proper judgement. Ive made several trades here already and I have almost as much negative as I do positive karma.
