You can have experienced players not playing DCI sanctioned tournaments, so I would advise no.

I should hope not! I've been playing for 10 years now, and only recently got a DCI card.

Sure I guess below 20 can enter but they have to prove their skill

I think I've probably proved my skill enough through deck techs and my overall comments to be honest. I only started going to FNM about a year ago on and off. Mostly I played unsanctioned tournaments.

Honestly me too, even though i dont post deck techs i will more often. Also in my lgs i am a well known guy i love to play magic and have fun. That should be how you get in
