Needed binder

I accidentally deleted my needed binder, how can I get it back so that it still sincs with the trading and what not?

Go to My Binders, edit and add a binder. Then change the type from "Other" to "Needed".

That should make the trick...

Then, if the binder is already a Needed binder, and if you've updated your PP, it escapes my knowledge.

Other more knowledgeable users might be able to help you then. If not, Piotr might be able to guess if it is a bug or if you (we) are missing something important.
