If they have tokens or enchantments on them when they are exiled do they returne with them when they return? Thank you

Anything attached to the creature will detach (in the case of enchantments, go to the graveyard) when it is exiled. When the creature returns, any counters it had on it will be removed. It will be treated as if it just entered the battlefield for the first time, as a "new" object.
