Lets say I play a {plague myr} while I have {heartless summoning} and {birthing pod} on the bf. can I activate the pod and sacrifice the myr to fetch another from
My deck before he dies from the -1/-1 that heartless gives him?

He needs to be on the battlefield to sacrifice and thus would immediantly get the -1/-1. So no you cant :/
