Well ramp and draw into the combo, which is Kiki copies an untap outlet, which untaps Kiki.  Repeat for infinite creatures.  The wincon is get Blasting Station out and sacrifice the untap outlet after it untaps Kiki.

You could put in  {Deceiver Exarch} for an in needle able untapped effect
