I think this would do well. I run a pretty good Dimir and this looks very good.

Against aggro decks, you might want a few extra creatures in the side board or add them directly.

What would you recomend

 {Jace's Phantasm} and  {Fog Bank} are good early game. You have a good blocker and a bunch of mid to late game attackers.

Vampire nighthawk is also great against aggro
