I feel like I'm missing out on so much lately while I've been dealing with a family crisis. I want to say so many things here but I just don't have time right now, I need to get back to the hospital.

Oh no. I hope everything is okay! :(

Best of luck to you and your family.  Let's all hope for the best.

Hope everything is well for you and your family, Gorzo. Send them my wishes.

We'll deal with the madness here, don't worry ;)

I want to delete this thread so bad but feel it would be a total abuse of power.

Haha I know, me too :P

Pitor was the one who created it, so I see that as an affirmation that it belongs in this forum as a thread.

Please don't. Rather, it would be total abuse of power because we assume that people do not post or reply to have their posts deleted, they wouldn't want that done to them.

@Gorzo, all the best].

And just so I can put my two cents in, since I feel somewhat responsible for this whole mess.

When it comes down to it, us moderaters are respected by the community. People like us. When you openly call us half-assed, and then go on a karma related rampage of "please up vote me, mods suck", the community isn't going to respond lightly. Believe it or not, us mods are a part of the iMtG community; we're living, breathing people who like magic perhaps just a little too much. This is what draws us together.
Sure, we have power to regulate what's going on. I can delete your posts, or edit them, or whatever. I won't, for two reasons. This goes against law, and overall, maturity. As a moderater, I wish to be something that represents the better part of our community. The kind that doesn't overreact to karma hits, negative comments, etc. I'm just a member of iMtG that was deemed responsible enough to have power.
As a mod, I'm very proud of this community, as we stick together when challenged, and don't take lightly to our members being insulted. You insult one of us, you insult all of us. I thank you, in a way, however. You've given this forum a sense of chaos for the moment. These times are great for trying the worthiness of mods, and maturity of everyone else as a whole. Again, I'm proud of all of you.

You called yourself a hero earlier in this topic. Do not lie.
A true hero does not seek adulation.

I think I know how this got off topic though...humans are social beings and it is in our nature to socialize and have naturally wandering subjects. Because its boring talking about the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over an over and over and over and over and over

I know all those "and over"'s were extremely redundant. I'm using them to make a point

I'd have 9000 karma if I didn't argue about religion.
>implying there's even an argument for religion to stand on

>complaining about karma

Well yes, but if I did we wouldn't be having this interesting test of our little iMtG Law just now. I like escalating things, I'm a bit evil I think :D
And you did make it easy for me, I couldn't resist, sorry ;)

See, I can do anything I want on this forum. I created it and I can shut it down. The only thing which prevents me from doing 'anything' is the law which I obey the same as you promised to. Please obey it or you will be punished.

Saying your a bit evil, an saying you can do "anything" you want to your clientele base may not be the best thing. With the only thing stopping you is the rules of the forum which are your rules, what's not to stop you going all Animal Farm and altering them as you see fit.  IMO you come off bad in this post.
I mean no disrespect but, I felt strongly enough to voice my opinion on this.
I do love the app and the forum.

Just because I said you seem {B} doesn't mean your evil. Just that you put yourself over others at times. MaRo said {B} isn't supposed to be evil. Just putting self over others. Although there are evil things in {B}

Vyse

Oh god lets not bring the color wheel, religion, or god forbid fourchin into this. The kid got called out, just let him have his tantrum and stop responding yeah?

I created the law to contain* my evilness, I agreed not to change the law anymore and the commentary is now open for everyone to write. I cannot deny that I'm a bit evil.

/v/irgins are what users of 4chans /v/ board call themselves. If he isn't from /v/ he'll probably go ballistic, as /v/ is a cesspool. If he is from /v/, he'll just s***post some more.
