Yep! Artifact creatures count as both artifacts and creatures.

As long as one of the types is 'artifact' it's good to go.

Of course! As long as it says "artifact" it can be exiled, this includes artifact lands, or if they turn a land like {inkmoth nexus} into a artifact creature, given it's an instant.
