What does  {Second Wind} do?

It's an enchantment that can tap itself to tap or untap the creature it's enchanting. The important thing to remember is that even if you enchant an opponents creature, you still control the enchantment, and can use its abilities. Cards will specify otherwise, much like {Soul Ransom} does.
