Amulet of Vigor

While we were talking about shock lands, someone brought up the  {Amulet of Vigor}. This takes away the need of paying two life or in gates and such. However I thought " does it work against {Blind Obedience}. Does it enter tapped or untapped? And I know this is a really easy question.

If you have the amulet under you control and your opponent has  {Blind Obedience}, yes they would come in untapped!

Whether the amulet comes in tapped or not it doesn't matter. The effect doesn't care about vigors state whether it's tapped or not. It cares about other permanents entering tapped

More importantly it's a trigger that stacks meaning you can have multiples for multiple untaps and use tap abilities inbetween the triggers. Example:
2 amulet in play
Tapped land into play
Trigger 1
Trigger 2
Trigger 2 resolves and untaps the land
Tap it for mana
Trigger 1 resolves and untaps the land
Now you have 1 floating and an untapped land
