I bought a 1st gen 60gb - backward compatible to PS2. That got the "yellow light of death". I got a PS3 slim, upgraded the hard drive and it's a champ.

Anyone see the new super slim PS3? It looks like cheap garbage. The colors are cool though. I wonder if its any good to upgrade to, or if that little bit of space isn't worth it.

I'm an Xbox lady. It's had my heart for a while now.
All 3rd party games and online games I get on Xbox. Ps3 is for the games I loved as a child and bluray movies with the free games every couple weeks.

I have it and its pretty sweet. Its also my first PS3, so I can't compare it to the first two models though.

SixShot: Crying is for real men, I have two little girls and every stinking Disney Movie or Pixar flick they watch puts me in tears. My wife makes fun of me, but that's ok, I am secure in my manhood. I think.

Up f*cked me up.

So how did you deal with Bambi when his mom dies? Or the Lion King when Mufasa dies?!

Ball like a baby.
Up was way worse for me tho. Is literally the best 3 minute love story. So sad

Not nearly as much as Up, I've seen the other ones when I was younger. The Fox and The Hound is the only one when I was younger that was hard for me to watch again. The Brave had some good tear jerking moments, but Up....that movie summarized the basics of most people's lives and that was before the movie even started. Also personification with the Animals didn't resonate like watching a person grow into an old man. Any parents here bring their kids to Up in the theatre? How did they react?

I just realized that on the back of a NPH token, it says "The Grand Compleation..."

Is there a term in the MtG universe that I don't know, or is that just a misspelling?

Smooth Criminal

The first twenty minutes of Up had me in tears, real talk.

It's a Magic term, from what I've inferred, it's what the Phyrexians do to the other beings on Mirrodin. Enslavement, brainwashing and forced conformity. They turn them into more Phyrexians. At least I'm pretty sure that's what it means.

May I ask what the purpose of karma is?

Gorzo

Karma is a reflective user rating system that gives a member a number based on how many posts he/she has made that the community has liked/disliked. The higher the number, the more times the user has been given love by the community members. You can see which posts have been upped/downed under announcements > karma log. You can also see which of your own posts have been affected under your user profile by clicking on karma.

Ideally this system is to help members learn what kind of posts and behavior is appreciated or liked (or in the case of negative karma, disliked and discouraged) so that users can learn from it and we can all have a good time. And be super happy together. All you need is love. Love, love, love.
