Yes Infinitive! I think looking at my Steam statistics, I've managed to pump as many hours into Battlefront 2 as fallout 1-3 and Vegas combined. That's saying something! If an fps (a genre i don't play much) can burn through the same number of hours as my favorite PC rpg it needs a sequel.

I've put a whole lot of time into Battlefront 1 and 2 on PS2, but as far as FPSs are concerned, Counter Strike beats that amount of time easily

The battlefront games had the best spawning system in any shooting game I've played. I wish game makers would follow them most times.

I played since 2 (really IV) and 3 (really VI) on my Super Nintendo as a kid. VI is still one of my favorite all time games. I loves VII as well, but didn't care for VIII as much - but I LOVED that card game in it! Honestly I played the card game in VIII more than the playing the plot.

IX was meh for me. Characters didn't really connect like the other games.

Tactics though... Is probably my favorite console game to date. My brother and I both bought PSPs, just so We could play FFT co-op with him. He is as big of a fan of the game as I am. I will never tire of playing through that game, trying different strategies and class combinations...punching Delita in the face when he's a guest on my team so he doesn't leach my precious exp...

That's it! Im downloading FFT on PSN when I get home this evening. That was the only FF spin off that I could get into. The FF Wii games werent that great, X-2 wasn't life altering and I don't think the 50 XIII spin offs will be either, and Chocobo Racing was a cool idea but wasnt that great.

I know there's more i played (I was a total FF fan boy when I was younger) but those are the only ones that come to mind.

Yeah, I'm probably going to explode if I don't play FFVII in the very near future. It's my favorite game, and this discussion is making me want to play it. I'm so happy PSN has it for me.

I consider that game more of a "Okay, the ending of X was depressing, so here's a happy ending to the story" moreso than I consider it a game. It was nice to have that, but really. Not that great of a game.

Correct me if im wrong but wasn't the whole game the girls wondering when Tidus was coming back and looking for him and then it just didnt happen? I playe through it once and it was forgettable. The leveling and class system was weak sauce.

$7.99 I think. They have all the PlayStation 1 era square games.

I have no idea. I only played it long enough to realize that jumping out of a speeding car into a guard rail would be less painful.  
