Why Hamletback? Just curious

If I bring in Ultvara after him he becomes a 12/12. If I follow that with an Elderscale he becomes a 19/19. He can get real big real fast.

Izzet?

Closing Time

You can't run Thalia with so few white sources. I'd recommend  {Farseek} but you need some way to stay alive against aggro decks until your big hitters arrive.

I have 4 pilgrims that tap for white and 4 somberwalds that tap for any color along with 2 Transguilds. I have more than enough white available and in testing have yet to run into a situation where I want to cast Thalia and am unable to.

You will, just wait. He's absolutely right, somberwald hardly counts because Thalia is a turn 2 drop.

And the Pilgrim is a turn 1 drop. Not saying you guys are wrong but so far so good. I played 3 games with it tonight and got it out on turn 2 in 2 of them.

But the Thalia/Domri interaction is atrocious. T2 Thalia means T4 Domri.

Yeah but you have to give to get, the all creatures makes Domri very powerful.

Like I said, just wait. If you've gotten that lucky so far you clearly just haven't played a whole lot with the deck yet. You can argue it all you want but you are lacking white sources and it will prove to be annoying in the not-so-distant future.
