i would think you would judge it on:
A) how much card advantage it provides
B) how many cards push the power level
C) how fun the color is
D) how many times it has been in a deck that won the world championships/protour
E) sleeping giants
F) overall card value

I don't think this is the best in all of those, but I've taken a newfound likening for green just as I had long ago
