Best PW?

In terms of abilities solely, and the ability to use all abilities(quickness of using ultimate, if the ultimate is worth using) who do you all think is the most powerful PW? Im trying to get an answer based on fact, not playability/meta/perference. Which PW would you MOST like to have on the field, assuming you could play him/her for FREE?

We haven't had any cards that really reference planeswalkers. {Tarmogoyf}, {Dreadbore} and {Merciless Eviction} come to mind, everything else is reminder text about attacking Planeswalkers.

That too. In terms of cheating them into play, it is difficult as so few cards reference planeswalkers - and the ones that do deal with destroying them.

Edit: oooooo {Jhoira of the Ghitu} could do it. Just have to suspend em.

If you play medium CMC then {Abrupt Decay} can get annoying.
