This is cool, sucks it requires 4 colors so it's not exactly useful.

I think it would be best in an exalted deck alara style

{Cloudshift} won't work because {Aurelia, the Warleader} would have attacked once for the first time already. {Bear Umbra} + {Hellkite Charger} gets you any number of attack phases as long as the charger lives.

No, when a creature enters the battlefield it enters as a new creature and remembers nothing of when it was here before.

When a card mentions itself (as in this case) it actually means 'this card' not any creature with this name.

Cloudshift will give you an additional combat phase after your second. Just need to find a way to make it repeatable.
Imprinting {Cloudhift} on {Isochron Scepter} will give you 3 per turn. If there is a creature that untaps isochron scepter by tapping you are sorted. (And a creature that taps for the needed about of mana)
