Started playing around Kamigawa/Mirrodin, started actually playing Competetive Magic around Lorwyn block though, I'm 20 now, 21 in a couple months

I'm 25 and I started when I was 13. I think that was the invasion set, then stopped after fifth dawn , made a lorwyn deck coz I think that block is the best. started playing again since innistrad up to the present.

Started when I was 12 on my b-day, I got a {hellkite charger} intro deck from zendikar from my bro.  We played, and I lost to a broken {transcendent master} deck 4/1.  I will turn 14 June 24.

That is awful logic, I mean... When magic is still going and all the old players are retired the new players wouldnt have been around for Tempest. Tempest is pretty old. I started when Scars came out and I've been able to beat many old players.

I think what he means is that people who were born after Tempest (arbitrary expansion) being old enough to play makes him feel really old.

Likewise, I feel really old when I realize kids I used to watch in daycare are starting to graduate from college.

15, I probably have the least experience since I started in Return to Ravnica just a little while ago, but I've been playing standard and modern and I'm getting pretty good, I win more often then I lose, so that's a good sign I guess
