Ok I changed it a little but  {Increasing Savagery} can give ten +1/+1 counters.

If I land an {Increasing Savagery} onto a {Champion of Lambhot} and I can untap with it then that is one heck of a lot of damage.

And that's still mildly threatening in today's standard environment, for the same reasons you choose to not use wolfir silverhearts.

Honestly if he would be able to keep champion with 5 counters on board for one or two turns then opponent cannot survive...

The reason why people do not play so many green decks is ton of removal.... I love mono green but unfortunately with all board hate it is hard to play it...;)

Sense gatecrash had simic 1/1 counters have gotten good. For instance if my opponent just wiped the board I a few turns later I may be able to have the champ {young wolf} young wolf has five 1/1 counters ({increasing savagery}) he has gotten mana swamped so no creatures plays murder on my young wolf I play {bioshift} to move all 1/1 counters to the champ. What I'm saying is he could run {bioshift} instead of silverheart.
