Hey guys  I'm back I wanted to explain my situation because my parents think i'm stealing and im not. I recently took apart my legacy deck (which i traded out) to make a standard deck. Its been a month since our trades and I know thats a long time and im sorry for that I honestly didnt realize how long it had been. anyways Im still skeptical of trades so i always wait for them to come in to me first before i send out. and since i made quite a few when i walk into my room i always stop stare at the pile of stuff to sort through and walk away. so i want to clarify that our trades are in fact still valid i am just lazy. please pm me again and remind me of what our trade is its getting hard to switch between sent and inbox to figure things out. Idk why this didn't post ??

As a victim of this whole situation and owner of this forum, taking into consideration the damage caused to the reputation of this forum, I punish Ericlay95 and Ericlay94 with 100 negative karma.

By iMtG law and logic, this does not in any way affect punishment rights to which other victims are entitled to.

Piotr

I would appreciate if people inform us when they have received their end of the deal with Ericlay95/Ericlay94, please. Everyone is strongly advised not to send anything to Ericlay9x unless their end of the deal was received from Ericlay9x ok, until further notice.

That's alittle harsh Piotr. He realized his mistake and is now fixing it. Let him fix it, but if he is too slow then you could do this.

100 seems a little harsh to me for laziness, from what I can tell he always intended to send the cards, he just procrastinated, and you can't tell me that no one else has ever procrastinated at one point or another, I'm not saying there shouldn't be a punishment just that the one that has been meted out is a little more harsh than necessary

He told several people that he had already sent out. Lies. Isn't "don't lie" one of the rules of the forum? 100 is a lot, but if he makes good on his word, he will be getting some positive karma his way.

Exactly. If there's no punishment for breaking the law, then what good is it to have the law? He told users he had sent out when he hasn't, and in some cases it simply irritated them, in others it screwed them over. In addition, we can't keep having this kind of thing happen. I'd love to see people able to trade on here without worrying about if they're going to get their cards or not. Events like this make it very difficult to keep a positive trading environment, and cannot continue to be ignored. He broke the law, and was subject to punishment. Simple as that.

I was going to agree with you Greg and S717, but I'm definitely going to have to agree with Moneekah and Keyeto now.  So, this ^^

Now i don't disagree considering he did lie (apparently). however 100 is still alot. 50 would have been good

Mikefrompluto

100 is perfect to me. It was high time for an example to be made, as this has happened multiple times. And being the programmer and owner of the forum, I assume Piotr can reverse the notion when ericlay makes good on his trades.
