Try it with  {Slayers' Stronghold}, put the  {Stromkirk Noble} in the sideboard and try  {Boros Elite} or  {Legion Loyalist} in the one drop slot.
Oh, and the  {Niblis of the Urn} doesn't seem to work too well with the theme of the deck, try  {Precinct Captain} or  {Thalia, Guardian of Thraben} in its place?

Drop the herald for {Spark trooper} (especially because you have multiple ways to give it double strike) and the nibilis for {Thalia, Guardian of Thraben} and you will be looking pretty damn good
