The evolve abbility says when ever a creature enters the battle field under your control, if that creature has greater toughness or power than this creature put a +1/+1 on this creature. Do you get a counter for both say the toughness and power are greater?

No, just so long as one is higher you get just one counter, example  {Cloudfin Raptor} would get just one counter from  {Augur of Bolas}
