You are absolutely right, assuming iMtG is a proper business. It really isn't, on the very top of my TODO list I have a reminder: 'This is not a job, this is a hobby'. You can believe it or not, but that's how I think. I left a rather successful SAP consultant career to retire on this hobby*, and I have no problem whatsoever to tell my customers what I actually think, rather than what they would like to hear.

I could have explained, absolutely. Did the guy deserve me spending 5 minutes of my life explaining it to him? Hell no. I would love to be able to give some people their money back and ban them from this app.

And btw, I don't believe he actually bought it All, I think he broke the rule #1 ;) Would I change anything in my response if he did? No.

EDIT: * what I mean by this, is that I was making much more money doing proper business, but money is no longer that important to me.
