Yeah... There's this thing, called rest in peace

Only reason why I wouldn't use it is because of  {Treasury Thrull}. I wouldn't be able to get back my high priests and removals. But thanks for the reco, maybe sideboarded.

Yes rest in peace definetly puts a stop to grave yard shenanigans but cremate does give you a card and loses them a card from grave, and it's a instant so if you don't really have a threat you need to deal with right then you can just drop one of their cards out of the grave and draw a card (all at the end of the turn).

So to put the record straight no it is not rest in peace deathrite shaman level and no I would probably not play in a type 2 event, but it is a nice one drop, draw and possible threat elimination,

Btw, my apologies to sunny, had a miny argument over a card when we are supposed to help him with his build

 the  {Obzedat, Ghost Council} is awesome!! He dodges board wipes deals two points puts your opponent on a clock, and can attack for five each turn, your pretty heavy into black so lilianna seems fine, {Sorin, Lord of Innistrad} is a possibility because he can sit there and supply you with 1/1 and  and emblems not exactly sure what I think of Gideon, he hasn't been getting much play time in tournaments, I really like him as a card and want him to work, but I don't think he does quite enough. I like the idea of pulling a ermahgedon type strategy but at that point it could be considered "win more". But I haven't seen him in play with the build so he could work a lot better then I am thinking, and if you wanted some grave hate, then in your build I would be heading straight for {tormod's crypt}

You're right, people do post decks for people to help them, so why do you comment on people's decks?

Wsuryanjeska

And rest in peace is BY FAR the best answer to graveyard shenanigans. Unless you're running an Unburial rights deck there's no reason it shouldn't atleast see the sideboard

Not sure what u mean by ur reply but ok, basically what i was trying to say is ur not gonna get far here by being unkind

Thanks for the reco man (and the support) I may actually look at {Sorin, Lord of Innistrad} as an investment. Take out one of the Gideons. I think that I have the cards necessary to make a decent deck in standard I just have to play with it more.

The more I play with Gideon, the more I don't like him. I think Sorin will do you more good honestly
