Any idea what the are worth each? I have a local online store that sells them.
I bought a heap of swamps when they had them for sale cheaper than normal lands :)

Apparently not very high, although I'd put them at ~$0.75 personally.

I know, I know.  I just hate S&H, so I'm always obligated to by a bunch of cards, and then it gets out of hand... :o

Not yet.  Although I doubt they could since they'd need some text.  The only full-art lands are Unglued, Unhinged, and Zendikar.

You can. You can typically use any legal printing of a card with the same name as a card legal in that tournament, proxies aside.
