Combo Notebook?

This is either a question of where in the app I can find this, or a humble suggestion if it's not in the app.  A notebook or binder where we can tag cards to other cards with perhaps some notes (besides making a deck) so we can keep track of combos or unusual synergy we find that we want to remember but don't have a deck for just yet.  And perhaps a way to search said combo notebook for all instances of specific cards.  At the moment I'm just using collection binders and decks for about everything.
